The trendy eyewear company Warby Paker is looking to establish long-term offices within downtown Nashville's original skyscraper. According to multiple real estate sources, Warby Parker is negotiating a lease of multiple floors within the 31-story L&C Tower, at 401 Church St. The potential lease likely would last for a decade, and possibly longer, sources said.
