After walking away from plans in Sylvan Park for Truss, chef Deb Paquette has announced plans for a new restaurant set to open in spring or summer 2016. The Nashville Scene reports that Etc will open in Green Hills in a 2,400-square-foot space that will seat about 80 at 3790 Bedford Ave. Paquette is working on the menu, kitchen layout and decor for the new venture.
