Industrial building in The Nations to get new life in mixed-use project

A 13,000-square foot warehouse in The Nations will soon be restored and redeveloped. The Nashville Post reports the building formerly home to the Belle Meade Hosiery Mill will soon be home to restaurant, retail and office space known at Stocking 51. "The vibe of this type space is unique and in high demand,” Trent Yates, of OakPoint Real Estate, told the Post.
