Looking for the gun show? Fairground says 'no more'

On Tuesday morning, the Board of Fair commissioners voted 3-0 (with one abstention) to cancel future gun shows at the Nashville Fairgrounds until enhanced gun control measures are taken. Nashville Public Radio reports the board voted after hearing of three examples of illegal gun sales during shows at the fairgrounds. “We want to make sure the promoters here are properly vetted, their procedures are properly vetted and what is our role in making sure those shows are a hundred percent legal,”…
