Lifeway Christian Resources has leased more than 53,000 square feet of warehouse space. According to The Tennessean, the space, at 750 Cowan St. in the Cowan Industrial Park, will be available early next year after Interior Design Services Inc. relocates. Late last month, Lifeway sold its 15-acre downtown campus to Southwest Value Partners for a jaw-dropping $125 million.
