The ever-expanding restaurant company Fresh Hospitality now owns the three-story downtown Nashville building formerly home to Dollar General. A newly filed deed shows that Fresh Hospitality paid $3.4 million for the 73-year-old building. Whatever Fresh Hospitality installs in the building will contribute to ongoing changes along Fifth Avenue North, which the city dubs the Avenue of the Arts.
