Insurance giant Northwestern Mutual now has $600 million invested in Nashville-area real estate — including two newly acquired office buildings in Brentwood, where such space is in high demand. The Milwaukee-based company announced Friday that it paid $44.6 million for the twin, four-story office buildings at 5200 and 5250 Virginia Way.
