Fireball whiskey, Jack Daniel's at center of hot dispute

The makers of Fireball Cinnamon Whisky say Louisville-based Brown-Forman Corp. used Google advertisements to divert consumers to its own Jack Daniel's Tennessee Fire brand, according to a report in The Spirits Business. Fireball is made by Metairie, La.-based Sazerac Co. Inc. The story said Brown-Forman used Google AdWords to purchase keywords that caused consumers searching for Fireball to find Tennessee Fire pages.
