The Metro Development and Housing Agency is looking at plans to build a 100-unit apartment complex in North Nashville. The Tennessean reports the agency is seeking to cancel part of a residential planned-unit development at 1419 Rosa L. Parks Blvd. to make way for up to 100 multifamily units. The request will go before the Metro Planning Commission on Jan. 14. The units would likely be mixed-income.
