A small shopping center on West Nashville's Charlotte Avenue has been sold for more than a million dollars. The Tennessean reports that Hardy and Elisabeth Investments LLC (which the paper describes as linked to Hardy and Elisabeth Ross) paid $1.2 million for the 6,198-square-foot strip center at 5319 Charlotte Ave. The property sits on 0.72 acres. The new owners' plans for the property are not currently known.
