Mayor Karl Dean's former deputy mayor joins powerful lobbying firm

Greg Hinote, the former deputy mayor under Mayor Karl Dean, has joined The Ingram Group, the Nashville-based lobbying and consulting firm led by Tom Ingram. According to a news release, Hinote joins the firm as its managing director. In addition to Nashville, The Ingram Group operates an office in Washington, D.C.
