Neighborhood Health has sold its recently closed Edgehill clinic to a Nashville real estate investor. The Tennessean reports Treg Warner paid $1.8 million for the nearly half-acre property, located at 1501 12th Ave. S. The site is next to the 4 M&M Discount Beer & Tobacco Center at the corner of 12th and Wedgewood, a 0.41-acre site Warner bought in April for $2.1 million. Warner's plans for the property are unclear.
