VVice President Mike Pence said the U.S. commitment to the European Union was “steadfast and enduring,” seeking to reassure anxious European leaders about Washington’s stance under Donald Trump. Mr. Pence pledged stepped-up cooperation on terror, the economy and said the U.S. would continue to hold Russia accountable for its actions in Ukraine.
